NaXum may communicate with existing clients, prospective clients, business contacts, individuals who have requested information, and individuals who have otherwise permitted NaXum to communicate with them.
Business Outreach
For appropriate business-to-business outreach, NaXum may use business contact information obtained from publicly available or legitimate business sources. Our outreach practices may differ depending on the recipient’s location, the nature of the contact information, the relevant product or service, and applicable legal requirements.
Every marketing email identifies NaXum as the sender, includes NaXum’s postal address, and provides a one-click unsubscribe option. Valid opt-out requests are honored upon receipt.
NaXum may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in drafting or preparing sales and marketing messages. A person reviews every email before it is sent.

Providing permission to receive communications does not prevent you from opting out later.
6. Your Marketing Choices and Opt-Out Rights
You may opt out of marketing communications from NaXum at any time. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe option. NaXum honors valid unsubscribe and opt-out requests upon receipt and maintains appropriate suppression records to help prevent further marketing communications through channels from which you have opted out.
If you are communicating with NaXum through direct messages, replying STOP will stop all further marketing, direct messages to that person on every channel.
Opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily prevent NaXum from sending transactional, contractual, security, support, or other non-marketing communications when appropriate.
7. How We Share Personal Data
NaXum may disclose Personal Data when reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide our services, including to Service Providers that support functions such as hosting, communications, analytics, scheduling, security, and other business operations.
We may also disclose Personal Data:
- When required by law or valid legal process;
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of NaXum, our users, or others;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of all or part of the business; or
- With your consent or at your direction.
Service Providers receiving Personal Data on NaXum’s behalf are expected to process the information for the applicable business purpose and subject to appropriate safeguards.
8. Retention and Deletion of Personal Data
NaXum retains Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining appropriate business records, honoring communication preferences, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
When NaXum receives a valid request to delete Personal Data, NaXum will complete the applicable deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law or the information must be retained for a lawful purpose.
After a deletion or opt-out request is processed, NaXum may retain only the minimum information necessary to honor that request and prevent the individual from being added back to prospecting or marketing systems. For email addresses, this may consist of a non-reversible hashed or otherwise appropriately transformed identifier used solely for suppression and re-entry prevention.
9. International Data Processing
Your information may be processed or stored in locations outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction. NaXum will take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable requirements when information is processed across jurisdictions.
10. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
You may contact NaXum to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Data we maintain about you. Where account functionality permits, you may also be able to update or delete certain information through your Account.
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, NaXum will take appropriate steps to complete the applicable deletion within 30 days, subject to information that we are permitted or required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, dispute-resolution, or other lawful purposes.
Where NaXum retains a suppression identifier after deletion, it is used only to honor the request and help prevent the individual’s information from being reintroduced into prospecting or marketing systems.
11. Security of Personal Data
The security of Personal Data is important to NaXum. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
NaXum evaluates its security practices and takes appropriate measures to protect the information entrusted to us.
