Circle of Safety

NaXum’s Circle of Safety is NaXum’s trusted employees considered as the “right people” who share the company’s values, and understand NaXum’s ‘Why’. 

These people have passed their respective performance appraisals called a G-W-C Review. The GWC review helps NaXum determine which employees have what it takes to serve their seats and continue their business soul journey with the company. 

G-W-C refers to the questions we ask for each appraisal. They stand for:

1. Do you “Get” it?

Do you truly understand your role, the culture, the processes and systems, the pace of the organization, and how all of these elements come together to form a well-oiled machine?

2. Do you “Want” it?
Do you genuinely like your job? Do you believe in what we are doing? Are you excited about coming to work to see the progress that is occurring? Do you want to use their experience, talents, and ideas to further the organization?

3. Do you have the “Capacity” to do it?
Capacity is a multi-pronged word. It applies to mental, physical, emotional, spiritual (in some cases), and intellectual capacity, as well as having the capacity of time to serve your seat well.

GWC is a NaXum tool that helps determine if someone is right with the company’s core values, north stars, priorities, goals, dreams, and the big, crazy, billionaire WHY.
